Gary is a singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist, based in the Sierra Nevada foothills of Northern California. He is a prolific songwriter, releasing CDs of original songs in each of the past 10 years (Gary’s newest project, ‘Song of the Reptiles (and other herpetological wonders),’ is scheduled for release in June).  Gary has presented numerous songwriting workshops around the country, including his recent presentation of ‘Singing and Songwriting for the Planet’ in Washington, DC.

In addition to his efforts on behalf of the ARD String Fling Acoustic Guitar Festival, Gary is the co-creator of the ‘High Mountain Hay Seed’ Family Show at the annual High Mountain Hay Fever Festival in Westcliffe, CO.
