This year’s String Fling includes a Friday evening concert and Saturday afternoon workshops/showcase featuring world-class guitarists and songwriters.

Kathy Kallick
This year’s CONCERT will feature the Kathy Kallick Band, a Grammy Award Winner in addition to two IBMA Awards and a Lifetime Membership from the California Bluegrass Association. The evening will be opened by Hannah Jane Kile, one of Northern California’s most beloved songstresses.
Saturday Workshops
Workshops - 4/18 @ 9am-2pm
A full day of instructional WORKSHOPS will take place on Saturday, April 17th at the Randy Peters Event Center in Roseville. The workshops run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Classes range from beginners to advanced guitarists, and include folk, blues, bluegrass, classical and swing.
Strumshop - 4/18 @ 3:30-5pm
Showcase
The performer/instructor SHOWCASE will be hosted by The Strum Shop (209 Vernon St, Roseville, CA) at 3:30pm after the Workshops. The showcase will give attendees an opportunity to meet Saturday’s workshop presenters, and watch them perform in an intimate setting. Hannah Jane Kile and Toni Land will be the featured performers at the showcase.
